This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request refunds or terminate services.
Refund Eligibility
- a. Refund requests must be made before service commencement.
- b. Once the service has begun, refunds will be issued only for uncompleted work, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
- c. No refunds will be issued for work already completed or delivered.

- c. Provide your order number or contract reference in all correspondence.
Processing
- a. Refund requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
- b. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- c. Cancellation notices should be made at least 7 days before the next billing or work cycle.
